Our Story

Toby Millican started Progressive Dairy Service because, as a master electrician, he saw the need for specialists in the growing dairy industry in Southern Idaho. PDS was founded on the belief that a good service company does not have to be corporate to provide industry leading technology and quality services. Our family-owned company understands the challenges of the dairy industry, therefor we make relationships with our customers our top priority.

That’s why since 2005 we relocated to Wendell, ID and have developed a dairy parts/equipment store and full-blown dairy service team. We have service and installation technicians with extensive training in refrigeration, welding, general plumbing, air systems, and electrical. Not only do we have an excellent group of technicians that can work on most anything, but we also have extensive experience on electrical and controls. Along the way, we have been involved in some of the most technically advanced facilities in the country and have teamed up with the world’s top dairy equipment companies.

We want our local dairy farms to succeed by giving them quality resources from the world’s leading developers. It is important to us that we stay true to our clients’ needs and create life long relationships.
